1. Complementary 15-Minute Discovery Call
Before we begin working together, we will first schedule a complementary 15-minute discovery phone call where I will explain more about the process of working together, ask a few questions to learn a little bit about you and your goals, and you can ask me any questions that you may have. I will go over the three session tier options offered in my practice (Concierge Gold Tier, Concierge Silver Tier, and Basic Bronze Tier), and we'll discuss which tier would best suit your needs.

2. Initial Nutrition Assessment
During our initial assessment, we will delve into everything from your medical history and relevant bloodwork, to your diet and food preferences, lifestyle, health goals, physical activity level, stress level, sleep, and more.
Taking these factors into consideration, for Concierge Tier clients, I will develop a written personalized action plan for you, including: your nutrition needs, a sample menu, suggested meal and snack ideas, lifestyle optimization recommendations, and a comprehensive grocery shopping guide customized to you.

3. Follow-Up Sessions
I offer three tiers of follow-up sessions at different price points and levels of support based on your needs and goals, which are generally held every two weeks, although this may vary depending on your schedule and needs.

Concierge session tiers receive email/messaging support in between sessions.
